There is something so timeless about these stone walls, so similar but worlds apart.
Such a timely word in these times of troubles around the world. If I were to scale such a wall, I'd definitely need God's help. And that is true of every wall that I encounter. Blessings to you today, Lorrie...
Sometimes I want walls so that I can rest behind them and sometimes I want them to keep out the world - and sometimes I want them just because they look good as a backdrop to a garden.Lovely, timely post.
Comforting scripture......great pictures!
Beautiful, Lorrie, simply beautiful.
There is nothing as powerful as God's refuge! Dear Lorrie,Your banner is very pretty!xoxConstance
Amen.Sitzfleisch - now there's a word to conjure with.I haven't heard it used for many a long year. My parents also told me that I didn't have enough of it.Lacking in Ausdauer, they said. Go on, look it up.
The texture in the walls reminds where inspiration comes from. Very nice photo, Lorrie. Cheryl
The stone walls are beautiful Lorrie. There are similarities between the walls of Mexico and France and they remind me of the stones of Ireland as well.
Beautiful stone wall with wonderful quotes to accompany them. I hope enjoy your week.
Scaling walls and walls of peace....thanks Lorrie.
These pictures remind of our time in Europe last April. I love stone walls and admired many of them on our trip. Wishing you a great week ahead Lorrie, may you always feel the walls of God's love and protection around you and yours.
Looks like a dry stone wall just like we have here.
