We haven't yet had a Christmas Day on our own, but we had the morning and early afternoon to ourselves this year, which was different -- and, quite honestly, welcome after all the bustle leading up to the day. Butchart Gardens and a restaurant meal together would be a delightful way of celebrating all the possibilities for moving traditions forward.materfamiliashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16062766947897513369noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38904271.post-22158056572291030482012-12-29T22:14:54.647-08:002012-12-29T22:14:54.647-08:00You describe a delightful day! I, who am a creature of habit and love traditions, need to remind myself of that when I am balking about change. But there is often a sweet surprise when we accept His gifts, especially those that were not in "our" plans.

Oh, to walk through that garden...sigh...Cheryl https://www.blogger.com/profile/00063844335185525553noreply@blogger.com
