Ahhhh

Breathing again. In the past two weeks I've submitted two research papers and written two final exams. I just came home from the last one and can feel everything start to relax. I might fall asleep here at the keyboard.

But NOW I can work on holiday goodies and oh, how I love to do that. I have some things started already, but nothing ready to photograph.

Meanwhile, I'll light a candle and read a book....nope, I don't think so. Cleaning, shopping, laundry, cooking - that's what's next!

  2. I wish I was taking finals! Not too long, though. Time to enjoy a week of Thanksgiving break and lots of sewing! (and cleaning, laundry, etc!)

  3. Hi Lorrie! It's been a while since I've dropped by for a visit. I read one of your earlier posts about standing in line at the post office last year and the lady you had the conversation with. It's so true...we never know what another may have on their plate to deal with. I wanted to wish you Happy Holidays. I'm preparing for Thanksgiving dinner here and soon it will be Christmas. I use the adorable red and green coasters you sent me last year...all year around and always think of you.

I see you've been quite busy and are still creating. Have a wonderful Christmas.

    Hugs, Andi

  4. I'm happy for you that the exams are over. I noticed you have beach glass in your last post. I plan on using beach glass and shells and other beach things this Christmas as part of my seaside Christmas theme. Hope you have fun working on hoiday things.

  5. Hi Lorrie,

I am supposed to be writing a term paper and am blogging instead. :(

Just wanted to let you know that a package is on its way to you.

Thank you for your comment. I read and value each one, cherishing the connections we can make although far apart. Usually, I visit your blog in return, although if you ask a question I try to contact you directly.
