Happy Spring!

A little Madness in the spring
Is wholesome even for the King.
-- Emily Dickinson

Spring won't let me stay in this house any longer!
I must get out and breathe the air deeply again.
-- Gustav Mahler

Daisies smell-less, yet most quaint
And sweet thyme true
Primrose, first born child of Ver,
Merry Spring-time's harbinger
--Francis Beaumont

And so begins the first day of spring! I'm sorting through my seed packets, casting an eye on the weeds, admiring the budding branches, and thinking that my house needs a good spring cleaning!

  9. Happy Spring to you too! I planted some seeds and pulled some weeds last week. Today, it is rainy, windy and cold. Maybe I was a little too early?! LOL
