A Little Break


Hello, dear readers:

I'm having some issues with Blogger and Picasa Web Albums. My blog will be available (I hope), but no new posts for awhile. I'll be taking down hordes of photos and resizing them to clear up space on Picasa Web Albums.

I knew that Blogger re-sized the photos before posting, but what I didn't realize is that when a file is uploaded without prior resizing, Picasa saves the original file, and mine are huge. Hence, I am out of space.

    You will need to give us tips on how to do this. There are pictures I could delete from the albums but haven't figured out how. I am not the most tech savvy gal it seems.

    I really despise having to do all this 'housekeeping' where photos are concerned! It takes the fun out of blogging when you have to be concerned about losing photos etc. I'm in the midst of trying to move mine to an external drive to gain more space here on my Mac, but having problems too - grrrrr!!!!

    Hi Lorrie - The same thing happened to me and my son convinced me that the best way to deal with it was to send $5 to Google and get tons more space. i took the easy way out!
