Gathering the Moments: July

There were sunny walks and a rainy weekend camping trip. A birthday. An anniversary. Flowers galore. Gardening. Jam making. Baby cuddles and plenty of reading. Laughter and good food. Hydrangeas. Cherries. Pool time.

A month goes by so quickly, yet in looking back I can see how much life was lived in it. Thanks be to God.

  2. Looks like a really good month you had there! So clever to putt all the photos together - I have never figured out how to do that!

  3. Yes, you summed it up perfectly: "Thanks be to God."

I clicked on your collage to get a closer view. How much Mr. F is growing! Such a handsome boy he is! And, of course, the little misses are darling!

Loved these glimpses of one of your favorite months (because it is a summer month, yes?)! Thanks for "gathering" with me...

  10. What a great line ...'looking back I can see how much life was lived in it.'

We do need records to remind us otherwise we forget. Photos, journals, memorials to a life lived beautifully and well.

    A lovely way to remember...

  20. The months certainly do pass quickly and even quicker the older you get! When I look back I often find it amazing how much can be fitted into a week. Sounds like a very blessed life.

  27. Wouldn't it be neat to print an 8x10 like this of each month to go in an album or easier yet to make a blurb book for your year. Sounds easy but I know it still takes time. Your trip to sea looks sooooooo peaceful!
